Orders & Payments
Just browse our collections, add your favorites to your cart, and hit “Checkout.” Fill in your details, pay securely, and you’re all set.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers (where available). Every payment is safe and encrypted.
You’ve got 12 hours after placing your order to email us at support@bentokid.com for changes or cancellations. If we’ve already shipped your order, we can’t change it.
Shipping & Delivery
Yep! We ship nationwide with trusted courier partners so your order arrives safe and sound.
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping is faster, just 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on where you live and the courier.
As soon as we ship your order, you’ll get a tracking number by email or SMS so you can watch your delivery progress.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any unused item in original packaging with in 14 days of delivery. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
If your order isn’t right, let us know within 48 hours. Send us photos and your order number at support@bentokid.com, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund, fast.
Once we get your return, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
