Shipping policy

Order Processing 

We get to work on your order within 1–2 business days after you get your order confirmation email; weekends and holidays don’t count. Once we ship your order, you’ll get another notification. 

During busy times like sales or holidays, things can slow down a bit. Thanks for hanging in there. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Shipping charges show up at checkout. 

Shipping Method 

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (cost calculated at checkout) 

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (extra charges apply) 

These delivery times are estimates. Sometimes actual delivery might take a little longer, depending on where you are or if the courier’s having a busy day. 

Order Tracking 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use it to follow your order on our courier partner’s website. 

Delays 

 

We always aim to get your order to you on time, but delays sometimes happen especially during peak seasons, bad weather, or if there’s a hiccup with courier services. Double-check that your shipping info is correct to avoid any slowdowns. 

If your order’s running late, let us know at support@bentokid.com with your order number. We’ll sort it out for you. 

International Shipping 

Right now, BentoKid only ships within Pakistan. We’re working on going international soon stay tuned. 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your order shows up damaged, or your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t seen your package, get in touch with us at support@bentokid.com right away. We’ll work with the courier to fix things as fast as possible. 

Address Accuracy 

Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We can’t take responsibility for packages sent to the wrong address.
