We’re Bentokid (“we,” “our,” “us”), and we run this website to make shopping for parents and kids easy and fun. Products, prices, and policies can change without warning. Sometimes, we need to update these Terms too, so check back now and then.
2. Using Our Website
You need to be 18 or older to use this site on your own, or have a parent with you. Please don’t use our website for anything illegal or shady. Also, you can’t copy, sell, or reuse our products or images unless we say it’s okay in writing.
3. Product Details
We work hard to keep all our product info, pictures, and prices accurate. But, screens and manufacturers can vary, so what you see might look a bit different from what arrives. If there are small differences, we aren’t responsible for that.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include taxes. You can pay by Cash on Delivery, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. If there’s a pricing mistake, we’ll let you know, and your order might be changed or canceled.
5. Order Confirmation
When you order, you get a confirmation email or message from us. If there’s a problem, like something’s out of stock or there’s a payment issue, we’ll tell you right away and refund you if you’ve already paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan with reliable couriers. Usually, you get your order in 3–5 working days in major cities or up to 7 days in remote areas. Sometimes, delays happen because of weather or courier problems, and that’s out of our hands.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If you get something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. The item needs to be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Check our Return Policy for all the details.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for:
- Any indirect or accidental damages from using our website or products.
- What happens if you misuse our products after they arrive?
- Any delivery delays caused by couriers or things we can’t control.
Our products are for regular household use, and sometimes kids need an adult around when using them.
11. Termination
If you break these rules or do anything harmful or fraudulent, we can suspend or end your access to the website.
